Open sites are 12.5 ft x 25″ ft (36 sites), 12.5 ft x 30 ft (10 sites), and 12.5 ft x 40 ft (14 sites),
Amenities include a wash area, dump station, air, water, ice and battery jump start.
Security cameras and 24-hour access. The facility is well illuminated and there’s an onsite Manager.
This is an operation that works for a mostly hands-off investor, and the demand for covered RV and Boat storage is strong in Central Florida.
