The Missouri RV Park offers more possibilities for income for the new owner. A 10 unit motel is under construction, and the RV Resort, Cabins and Store are already in place. The store draws customers from surrounding recreational properties in the area, as well as Resort guests.
Just minutes from the Lake, guests can have all the daytime fun on the lake and then return to the Resort for an evening of music and dancing!
And the good news is: on top of all this, there’s still room to expand!
The Resort is just minutes from the lake. It features a 2100 square foot Convenience store and Café, and it also offers laundry service.
There are 10 Cabins priced from $45 per night. Plus there are also cabins for $65 per night. The newest cabin is $110 per night. Cabins all sleep four people. There is one camper priced at $80 per night that also sleeps four people. There are six full RV hook up’s with 30 and 50 amp sewer and water at $45 per night each.
The resort features a playground, a 20 x 40 swimming pool with pavilion. There is also a stage for family reunions and birthday parties.
Plus, the Resort rents kayaks.
For the onsite Resident/Owner or Resident/Manager there is a 900 sq. ft., 2 BR House. All of this on 28 Acres of land!
